Committees

The following committees report to the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Operations.

Campus Administrative Manual Committee (CAM)

The CAM committee serves as a resource for faculty and staff, as it supplements and coordinates university and campus policies and is a reference to major policy documents and relevant campus publications. Committee members review and recommend policy additions and revisions as it relates to their areas.

The committee is charged annually by the Office of the Chancellor and meets monthly.

Chancellor’s Special Event Advisory Committee (CSEAC)

The Chancellor’s Special Event Advisory Committee reviews policies, reservations and priorities regarding the use of university facilities, in accordance with the provisions the Student Code and Campus Administrative Manual. Additionally, the committee reviews appeals and adjudication of conflicts arising from the application of policies regarding the reservation of university property.

The committee is charged annually by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Operations and meets monthly.

COVID-19 Executive Steering Committee

The COVID-19 Executive Steering Committee evaluates and responds to developments related to the pandemic and recommends actions for the resumption of our academic, research, engagement and campus life activities. The committee also coordinates the charging and subsequent activities of seven working teams that address the full needs of the operational and mission responsibilities across the institution.

The committee meets as needed.
